Ok we understood what OP was saying right? I don't think that in a sea of jargon that's not always 100% grammatically correct it really matters whether you say recruit out or exit opportunities (which in itself is a highly jargonistic term). Just answer the question...
"Recruit out"... Try googling something that makes sense like "Accenture exit opportunities"
Some of the best opportunities I've seen are through clients. If you maintain that network (and actually did a good job), it's a decent place to start.
The exit opportunities in are different at every level and vary by function. One option is to go to industry. Most companies like the fact that you have cross-industry experience. If you're pre-MBA, most opportunities are analyst level. Post-MBA, manager level. Second option is to go to a startup. Third option is to go to bschool.
