Anyone know the Accenture salary bands for the Manager Level in the Customer Experience practice within S&C? Comp, bonus, signing bonus etc? Anything else I should be aware of in the offer?

Currently making 125k salary with 10k bonus at essentially an assistant controller role. Client wants to hire me and is asking for my compensation range. What is the market rate for an assistant controller in a large private company? They are really really wanting to hire me and willing to pay a little more. They floated around 150k last time we spoke but is there potential to ask for more?

I have an offer from PwC India and will likely get one from EY India also (similar ctc). At the same time, Cognizant is willing to match these offers. The only difference is I will be a consultant at Cognizant and a senior associate at PwC.
I understand wlb will be screwed at either of those big 4 and clients will be India based.
Which of these should I choose?
