Idk about Citi, but in Texas it’s around 5.4% for a jumbo 5/6 with no PMI

helpful

5/6 arm late last year (like November) was 5.00%

As of mid last week 6.375 for 30 and 5.25 for 5/6. Both prior to to the .25 discount most folks can get. BMO is also marketing a jumbo product for law firm partners (not sure if associates at eligible) with rates a bit lower (5.5 for 30 and 4.75 for 7 yr arm late last week)

how does one get the BMO offer?

Recently sold my car on carvana. I had initially bought it using a loan from DCU. Now that carvana has paid me the balance after paying of the loan, i still see on the dcu app that I owe money to dcu. People that can relate, can you take me through next steps?

Do you pay your credit cards in full every month?

I ask because I’ve let my credit spending get a bit lax since moving and adopting a puppy recently, so I haven’t been paying them off in full every month like I used to (though still well above the minimum payment, and keeping utilization at 30% or under). It got me thinking about how many people adhere to this advice.

My anxiety has been at bay after changing my job and just feeling like I HAVE control over my life. But now it's back because I feel like I'm behind in other aspects of my life (I.e dating). I have so many friends getting engaged and I just feel... anxious since I am SO single. I'm 27, and I know I'm at that age where people do but it just sucks. I've been on the apps too and it's just... more demotivating honestly than anything else
