There are lot of mixed reviews about Nagarro.. some folks are saying Nagarro do not fire even in covid the only did the pay cuts and did not fire anyone... where as some folks are saying Nagarro is hiring rigorously more than their projects strength so firing will happen for sure and if you are on bench for more than 1 month you are in red zone as the same happened in past... what is the mystery.. can anyone from Nagarro an honest review about this organization.

If the salary is the same and you are happy I do not see the point of switching unless you plan to head to industry shortly.
@rsm7 I ultimately want to end up in a tech company and I will be going to pwc TMT audit.
I left PwC for BDO & now at RSM. BDO terrible culture, PwC has solid culture but the work is a looooot. Big 4 is serious & they will work you like crazy but the people are good for the most part. So far at RSM I’m loving it. If you’re happy, don’t change
Curious what BDO office you had experience terrible culture.
I did the opposite. Left Pwc for rsm. Feel like RSM has a better culture and team fit. Felt like at PWC I was always worried about someone throwing me under a bus, and driving over me and backing up just to make sure I was dead.
How is the work culture at RSM US LLP? How is the work life balance there?
If you have 1-2 years experience I think the big 4 name on your resume is worth it.
But if you've already spent 3+ years at RSM just stick it out until you are ready to leave for industry or for consulting
As others have said, it’s very team dependent. That being said, I have been at PwC a little under a year now and I miss RSM almost every day.
C’mon back! :)
Stay at RSM If pay is same.
I’m curious to know what it’s like at RSM. I personally know 4 people from my group who left to RSM
Just say it here we all wanna know too!
What's up with firms offering same pay? Why do they expect you to work more and harder for same pay? Keep in mind that you're already half through through the fiscal year so if you normally get x% raise each year...you're actually taking a paycut of .5x% unless pwc can assure they won't prorate your raise based on start date.
I just interviewed with PwC but wouldn't join unless I'm getting at least a 15% raise. Money isn't the most important factor, but it matters and same pay is not acceptable in this current environment.
By the same pay a mean pay after the mid-year adjustment which for me was 8%. So it is higher what I am making now but the same after adjustment. I tried to negotiate but pwc would not budge.
For the same salary I would just stay at RSM
You guys all need to chill. Way overthinking. Take the job and if you like your team - stay - otherwise just leave.
Your experience will be *highly* dependent on your specific team and group rather than the overall firm, IMO. If you like your team, have a good experience during busy season, and are not moving for a base or title increase, to me there’s little upside and a whole lot of potential downside to moving. That said, if you are walking into the new role with eyes wide open on how busy it could be then go for it.
I switched form PwC to RSM. If your reputation is good at RSM and you feel like they care, seems like you only stand to lose by leaving. You likely won't get promoted as quick as you would here, and your signing bonus gimmick could very quickly not be worth it. Your industry also matters. For example if you're in Asset Management/Financial Services, RSM has a big name now and you'll get the same exit opportunity
I think you should make the switch. We’re losing competent seniors left and right. Too many good people quit already
We're also hiring all the folks who are leaving big 4 because of burnout, many if whom are very good. The transition year will be tough I don't disagree with that but it's not like we aren't growing in size substantially
Can any RSM folks talk about visa sponsorship for internationals?
Corroborating RSM4
What group are you in? Advisory, audit, or tax?
Audit
Interested in joining RSM. How’s the pay for a S1 or S2. How frequently do they promote. WLB? Bonus%?
