Hello Mastercard employees. I have been trying to break into MC for long now.
I have 2 yrs workex post MBA. I have experience in data analysis and consulting. But I don't want to get into consulting anymore. I am looking for analytics roles. Anyone here would be able to DM and guide me on the available options at Mastercard?

Didn't think we paid for any education other than the Becker CPA review course...
There is a tuition reimbursement program. I believe it needs to be approved by your MTL. $5250/year in assurance as of a few years ago
I have several colleagues who would be very unhappy to hear this exists and they didn't know about it 😲
No it won't
Student loan pay down?
I just got preapproved for a class. It was for a MACC. My Hr person had to approve so believe it depends on them.
If you want to be more annoyed - at least in my experience Advisory gets $10k/year
Is it only if you're working full time at the same time?
Not sure, I did it part time. I don't think they pay if you leave the firm and do it full time. I think there is a program to go get a PHD in accounting to become a professor, but not MBA as far as I know.
You have to be mistaken. There is literally no benefit to the firm in seeing you get a PhD. It's completely unnecessary.
... pwc1 are you serious? It's pretty well-known the firm will pay for phd
Phd is a fucking BITCH though
Firms do it because 'society needs more accounting professors' or something. Benefit to the firm would be the professor talking up PwC to their students. Not saying it's worth it though. Probably some random tax write off too
