/rant. My manager loves giving me work and telling me this won’t take long, yet every time it involves digging out some one else’s work (who has left the company), understanding and debugging complex models myself (lots of trace precedents / trace dependents ) and then building something further. If I don’t do the leg work in understanding the models, my forecasts will be off. But this is not simple nor quick. Why do they love saying it is ? Hi, I have recently attended interview in Citi. Cleared couple of rounds. It was through consultancy. JD shared to me was different for the role I was interviewed for. I’m a Java developer , but interviewed for Platform engineer role AVP C12 position. First round was directly conducted by on-site team and second round by a director. I have this weird huge anxiety around sending out emails to my BU. Personally, it’s because I’ve received feedback that I’m not concise or clear in my written communication.
