Anyone pls,

Kindly clarify my doubt πŸ™πŸ™πŸ™

Iam having 2.3 years experience in official role and gave project support (which I worked) for next 2 months. After that I took 8 month course in same technology.

Now In my resume can I put I'm having 3 years of hands-on experience???

Currently, I put like 3years hands-on experience including 2.3 in official role and gave support for 2months and took 8 months intensive course..

Is that correct? Will it create problem. Give solution πŸ™πŸ™πŸ™

Billables as a mid-level IP litigation associate at Big Law, AM100, and AM200 firms? I’m currently doing 60% patent prosecution, 40% litigation at a mid-sized IP boutique and am considering lateraling for a patent litigation position, but I’m concerned about work life balance, especially since my SO and I are expecting. I currently have a 1900 target, and I routinely bill about 2000. I’m interviewing at DLA, Saul Ewing, Honigman, and Fox Rothschild (all DC offices).

I’m 40 and recently transitioned to UX/Product Design. I completed a bootcamp, continue to improve my skills. I network, have coffee chats, attend virtual events, iterated my portfolio and resume. Everyone that I’ve spoken too so far say that I’m doing everything right and that my non-traditional background is an advantage. So why am I still unemployed? The few interviews that I have had, feedback has been I don’t have enough experience. I’m at a loss!

Been in the nonprofit world for a bit now as a social worker. I’ve been trying to shift towards the corporate world but have struggled to market myself as a beneficial addition to companies. It’s common for people to assume social worker roles as merely entry level customer service, but there is much more required to qualify for these roles.

Any suggestions for key phrases or strategies to get companies attention with a work history that’s super different than their normal applicant pool?

I’m so burned out and not sure what to do. 29 in Texas. I am currently a Deli Manager. My experience is in banking, real estate, shipping and receiving, caregiving and the obvious retail. Unfortunately I struggle getting a job due to a deferred adjudication on my record for theft. It was dismissed but it still pops up I have 4 more years before I can seal the record. Idk what I could do and still make a living.
