Anyone regret NOT getting a videographer? For context my fiance and I have fallen in love with one but there’s a chance she might not be available. He says if we don’t get her then why pay for a sub par video we wont like. I understand that, but theres some part of me that is still thinking i’ll regret not having a video at all… thoughts?

Have you talked about your wedding with coworkers? I made the mistake of saying I had to leave work a little early one day because I was going to do a tasting at my venue. That starts a debate on why one shouldn’t get married, how much wedding costs & what a waste it is, dresses are stupid because you only wear them once, etc. I haven’t talked about my wedding much, but I didn’t appreciate this. This person already sent us a check which we deposited already; we already sent a thank you card. This person left me a VM saying they were sorry they couldn’t come; they have leukemia and their Dr. didn’t approve. Do I need to call them back? I would like to avoid an awkward phone call about personal matterwith a stranger but also don’t want to be insensitive.
