No, but I’ve sued leed…

Seriously, love doing it on thick cuts like pork chops, ribeyes, and then finishing in a butter bath.

My wife bought one and “boiled” and poached eggs in it. Made some great mashed potatoes, cream and butter cooked with them. We did what I thought was an awesome medium rare chuck roast, it’s tender but not over cooked, she did not like it. We have also cooked a few other items but nothing memorable.

Yea love soft boiled eggs sous vide. It’s the only way I’ll cook chicken breast or pork chops now. Also great for bigger groups when you need to cook a big cut of meat and still have room on your stove or oven for sides.

I got rejected for an interview from Big 4 NY Audit, even had referrals from Manager + level people. 3 years w/ audit senior at mid size firm, 2 years fed tax at big 4, and 1.5 years Internal Audit healthcare. Currently self employed for a year to work on investing. Do I literally need a partner level referral to get back into Audit? I thought there was an accountant shortage.

Do you think all these violent and hate filled attacks are because people aren't getting the emotional/mental support they need, whether it's therapy at any age or help they needed but didn't get from a social worker as a child? My coworker is sure this is the case, but I honestly think there's actually something deeper wrong either with how these people are being raised as children, or how the warning signs these people give off are ignored or swept under the rug to save face.

I feel like I’ve been neglecting this bowl. 😔 I’ve been doing keto with 16/8 intermittent fasting for the past month.
