For me it is easy. Trump is the opposite of a real Christian and he is making a mockery out of God.
What? A1 if a president SA someone, they shouldn’t be president. He didn’t even apologize. Not Christian behavior for sure.

Personally, I’m not struggling now but in the past I was concerned. I started praying and studying scripture.
Christ led me to understand that all of this was foretold, and it has to happen before Christ returns. Keep his commandments and build the kingdom. That is his command….i always say (to myself) if they persecuted Jesus Christ himself and he was the son, then what should I expect?

Psalm 46 was what I needed
Yeah, I feel like politics should avoid religion altogether and I'm frankly annoyed when I see very corrupt politicians trying to manipulate religious people into voting for them. I guess this happens on both sides because the dems try and manipulate people into thinking they're the ones for social justice (its own kind of religion). But still, I think we separated church and state for a reason

That ye may be the children of your Father which is in heaven: for he maketh his sun to rise on the evil and on the good, and sendeth rain on the just and on the unjust.
For if ye love them which love you, what reward have ye? do not even the publicans the same?
And if ye salute your brethren only, what do ye more than others? do not even the publicans so?
Be ye therefore perfect, even as your Father which is in heaven is perfect.
It is important to know that political qualifications are not necessarily biblical qualifications. Of course, we should eagerly and aggressively support biblically sound candidates. But we also need to support the best candidate, foibles, sins, and all.
