Anyone successfully applied for short term disability while on PIP and able to extend their last day?

I am 29F and earning 13LPA. I have been working for 4 years of which 3.5 years I had very low pay and close to 0 savings. I have been able to save 6L now.

My investments below:
* Elss funds - 2 (total 1.5L annually)
* Large cap mutual funds - 6 (total 40K sip per month) current portfolio of 4L
* FDs - 2 of 25K each
*Medical insurance - company provided

Can someone advice if this is a good investment plan for future? What can I do better? Do I need another Insurance? Where else to invest?

I have a question for my fellow PI paralegals in Texas. TPCIGA requires that we submit all medical bills through the clients insurance before proceeding further. The client in question has Aetna. I sent the bills with a cover letter to Aetna via certified mail. I am having so much trouble getting a status on said claim. Does anyone here have experience with that and can assist me? This is in regards with my resignation. I have resigned on 22nd March (LWD : 22 June ) on medical grounds. Since then, my hr has asked for my prescriptions and medical certificates to give me an early release.

But yesterday, She is stating that my lwd is revised to 18th April with a clause that since my release is on medical grounds I can't join any other orgs before 22june. If joined, there will be problem in background verification.

Relatively new in Big4 M&A advisory doing mostly integration work with some pre deal DD mixed in. I recently heard L.E.K. Consulting places well in MM PE but don't know much about them otherwise.
