What's the review process for firms. I have people getting rejected but I haven't heard anything. Is it interviews, offers, rejections? Or is it review/ interview and rejections then offers.

Really confused as to whether to incorporate my NY- based makeup startup as an LLC or an S-corp? Not based in NYC if that matters and no revenue yet. Should I be looking into Delaware at all (specifically a Delaware C-Corp) if I do plan on raising capital at some point down the line? Also - for any FDA lawyers out there, what is the problem with developing makeup (specifically foundations) with SPF? I've heard it's "heavily regulated." What do I need to be aware of? I have got an offer of CTC 23.25LPA +JB +RSU in Blore. And I have also got an international offer of CTC € 70000 + relocation sponsorship in a mid sized firm in Vienna, Austria.

My wife works with a CTC of 15LPA in Blore.

I am in dilemma about the option that is most suitable for me as my wife would have to quit her current job and relocate and then find another job. Is it a profitable deal to relocate to Austria?
