My probation was supposed to be of 6 months (i.e until June 2022), but today I received a notification in Workday that I have passed my probation.
How is this possible?
I was planning to resign within probation for 30days notice period. But now this happened. Will this change my notice period to 90days??

What makes you think our directors have little selling responsibility? I’ve worked with several on proposals.
yes we have expert tracks eg in digital and energy. all levels starting at post MBA (specialist). similar progression but minus generalisation
Certainly agree with you there. My impression is it's not as required / incentivized for Directors (and possibly not at all)
Probably have to still do all the selling just none of the bonuses.
It's the specialist track. The folks I know joined with M1 experience.
Strongly disagree; we basically have directors in order to sell cases. I think if anything they spend more time selling than partners. They just engage on a different model, billable hours vs revenue credits
Re selling responsibility: BCG Expert Directors don’t have revenue targets nor do they share in revenue credits. However, in 90% of situations they are expected to drive significant revenue just not “responsible” for it. They do share in profit pool like a Partner.
@McK1 a few questions if ok...
1) How r senior experts perceived?
2) Do they mostly come from traditional track or from external hires?
3) What role do they typically play in McK work? (Ours generally spend 15-30% of their time on any particular case and also help with selling and practice development and thought leadership - internally and externally).
