How is the company culture?
Hi fishes, I attempted an interview for software engineer post at Amdocs. I cleared the first round of interview and later contacted the recruiter for the same. The recruiter replied by saying they will let me know once panel will be available.
It’s been around 2 weeks I haven’t heard from the recruiter.
Can anyone guide me and help me with the same?

I love working at BioMarin. The culture between the different teams can be very different. In my experience, it can be a little chaotic but it is a very supportive and productive community. The PIs can push their teams really hard but the pay/benefits/bonus/RSUs are top tier, and I feel supported and encouraged by my coworkers. Priorities can shift very quickly which can be a bit jarring but overall I enjoy working at bmrn.
Work policy, at least for Scientists/RAs: 1 mandatory onsite day a week (typically Weds) affectionately called 'anchor day' by the higher ups. Your card gets flagged if you don't tap in at least 6X/Month but for most lab based personnel this isn't an issue
Mind if I DM you to inquire more about the company?
BioMarin is a great company. It is a lot like Genentech was before the Roche merger. Still on it's way up. The only negative is the location. 90% of the workers have a bad commute because they can't afford to live in Marin or Sonoma counties.
It is a great company. The commute is bad unless you live in Marin County. Most of the jobs are onsite now but some jobs only make you show up on Hump Day. Check out the website. We are always hiring.
