Program Manager L3 salary in HCOL?
Hello All,
I have recently joined FIS Global around end of April. My mother recently met with an accident and she needs to be operated.
I haven't been able to update the anything regarding the insurance part yet on FIS portal.
Will my mother's treatment be covered under the insurance? If yes, what's the procedure for the same? What are the documents that I need to submit in order to claim the amount?
Can anyone please guide?
I'm curious what the average salary is for an Associate Agent. I'm licensed & do everything after the sale is made as well as refer new business. I have 14 years in the industry but have been at the current company less than a year, so I know that plays a part as well. Anyone in a like-position by chance?State Farm Allstate Travelers

If you are on an account, you are just a body for a position. This changes drastically as JLL wins/loses business. They treat people like cogs in a machine. If you are in corporate it's not much better. 10 years ago this place was much different. But so much of the top leadership (especially in technology) are a bunch of silicon valley sycophants. AI is going to really screw things up. Instead of focusing on how to grow business, the only talk I hear is how to do more with less...which means squeezing people even more with the razor thin profits this place makes. Probably can be said about every large corporation I guess - JLL is no different. But the company has issues, and the benefits are getting worse year over year, bonuses are getting smaller in the name of trying to show better financials for the analysts/stock price. It's not business fundamentals driving it, it's relentless squeezing the people that make this company run.
17 years and I walked away from a six-figure job in March 2026...not the same company I went to work for...you hit it spot on with the "More for less" phrase....this place is gone to the pits...all about executive leadership and stockholders making bank
Hope you didn’t join, very bad every department is retrenching in different season
Can you elaborate?
I want to share an example of what is happening within the company. They are losing a significant number of Amazon contracts, and many long‑term employees are being left with no real options except transferring directly to Amazon — but with a substantial pay cut.
For example, going from earning $52/hr with JLL to starting over at $44/hr with Amazon. After dedicating 10 years of my life to this company, it’s extremely disappointing to feel like we can be dropped without consideration.
If you’re thinking about building a long-term career here, understand that you may invest years only to end up in the same situation. I regret spending a decade with JLL just to be placed in this position.
