I like working in Synovus. It's a good company for starters and although there may be busy days, it's quite chill most of the time. Salary wise, if you are looking for a company which provides competitive salary, I think the company is not for you. It's pretty low compared to it's other competitors.
I've seen mixed reviews of Synovus. On the one hand, benefits and WLB seem decent, but there are complaints of low salary and poor management.
I've actually heard their tech and salary are starting to improve. Those were previously the biggest complaints from a couple of my colleagues who used to work there. In terms of culture and WLB, though, they're pretty solid.
Personally think Synovus is a bit of a mixed bag, at least comp wise. WLB is never a thing around here personally, but I would definitely push back a bit on the comp
I agree with AC1. It has its own pros and cons. But personally, the pros can outweigh the cons. WLB is not that good but the salary is great.
