Looking to transition my career from Sales into a Learning and Development or training role. Any tips on how to get my foot in the door somewhere without having a lot of specific experience? I’m a quick learner with a lot of tech industry experience, and knowledge of various systems.

During my interview process I clearly stated my salary expectations of 95k-105k. They came back with an offer at 80k. Is it even possible for us to come closer to a better agreement with them being so low? All other aspects of the job are in line with what I'm looking for, so I really want to make this work.

Working from home has only made it 100 times worse because now I know there are other more interesting things to be distracted by all around me. What do you do to hold focus during working hours?
