Anyone work with colleagues that share too much personal information? There’s stuff that as a colleague I’d rather not know and I can see it affecting me and the rest of the team. Any advise on how to deal with this?

I would bright side it and say they’re trying to build trust and a relationship. They may need support and aren’t getting it at home. I find putting headphones in helps!

OP- there are lines that can’t be crossed at work- hence the harassment training we all take. Without knowing exactly what is being shared and assuming it’s not crossing any lines, I would err on the side of best intentions.

I did it this week and let me just say it was the weirdest conversation ever. The guy is usually argumentative and tries to disprove every bit of feedback. But this time he just sat there and asked no questions and said nothing.

Do you feel that in SEO there are too many ways of conducting the same tasks.
