I’ve been fairly new to the company but the team and my managers seem great. They are really helpful, genuinely care about your professional development and are very patient. When I was interviewing for them, HR tried to lowball me on salary but you just gotta be very firm on your market value and you can get a good offer. Downside - it’s very fast-paced and workload can be overwhelming especially during onboarding period. Management doesn’t help you set priorities, they say everything is a priority and all projects need to be done asap. You can expect 50 hour work weeks on average. I’m more like a 30-40 hours guy, that’s what I feel comfortable with. If you don’t mind pulling long hours then it’s a good place to work.
Thanks for your candor. Ive been working 50+ hours forever and havent had a salary increase in 2.5 yrs so trying to keep my options open. It definitely seems like the workload ebbs and flows throughout the year depending on business needs which is fair. Good to know about being firm with salary negotiations i have learned that the hard way!
