Hi Fishes, I have an interview with PwC AC in the coming week. My tech stack is Power BI, SQL, SSRS,SSIS and Tableau. YEO -4 Current CTC is 9 LPA. During the initial call with the recruiter he asked for ny expected CTC and I asked for 17 LPA. Can anyone from PwC comment on this? Hi fishes,
I interviewed with Siemens Energy for SAP ABAP position on 21st Jan. The interview went on for about an hour and in the end, the interviewer asked my expected ctc and wanted assurance if I won't negotiate on Siemens offer with some other company as i am currently serving notice period and join Siemens if provided an offer.
Till now , the HR team has not reached out to me for salary discussions and my LWD is 7th Feb. Can i expect a call or i got rejected ?Siemens

I was in the same boat. I ending up having to make two moves in two year but I doubled my salary.
I have a little bit of insight! I work in insurance recruiting and I would say your salary is a little on the low end for adjusting. Factors like location as well as company have a big impact. Not sure exactly where you work but I would say big captive companies (ex:Geico), offer lower salaries than independent / third party adjusters. Currently, many TPAs are hiring remote adjusters and paying over 60k salaries for adjusters in Texas. Salary ranges go up from there in other regions.
You’re definitely underpaid. I was making $40k as an adjuster back in 2006… as a first job. Definitely time to apply at other companies!
What area are based out of?
New England
Please look into Sedgwick and Gallagher Basset
They’re paying pretty good! Far above 45k especially for New England
Do you only handle property? The money seems to be in casualty/BI handling.
If that's the case, I'd be looking to jump ship then. Use another insurance companies' offer to increase your pay there if you don't want to lose your tenure and or select benefits.
How long have you been adjusting?
