Hello! I am an LCSW working in a private practice (not my own) in Utah. I became fully licensed within the last 6 months. I’m trying to figure out if I am being paid a competitive rate. What kind of raise is to be expected going from a CSW to an LCSW?

What is the learning curve/different expectations for an attorney versus a CPA in a first year associate role? I just started, but a bit confused on how I can best contribute my legal skills and anxious about not being an expert on accounting principles.

As a law student interested in going into the field I’ve seen a lot of negative comments saying that only lawyers who couldn’t get into big law go into PA. Although I know most people try to get into big law initially, it is very competitive and many don’t stay past 2-3 years. You certainly don’t make as much going into PA as a lawyer but the pay is certainly not bad and the WLB is generally much better. Can anyone speak to how they got into PA and if you would rather be working in Big Law

Anyone have any worst interview stories? 100% bombed one yesterday, essentially just because I wasn't well prepared enough and I was super nervous.
