I worked as external payroll for 1 year then I became permanent employee of organization was working. When i was a fresher my salary was below tax slab so my external exployer did not generate any form 16 for me. When tried to switch my new organization wants me to submit form 16 as BGC process. I use a combination in the order below. 2-3 pages max. I’d recommend 2 if you can manage it.
About top 1/4 of first page:
Intro/background
Industries/tech skills
Project highlights (I use it as a bucket to consolidate project experience). Way too many to list individually. I squeeze in industry, type of project, what I did and tech involved. I still make it look like 3 or 4 big projects though and gear it towards the roles I’m applying for.
Rest is each company and my specific role
Education/certs
Thank you for the feedback
Max 2 pages.
First paragraph: description an overview of your career like technical consultant with so and year of IT exp implementing < include current technologies>
Area of expertise
Professional experience
Highlight key projects with measurable matrices ( not more then two sentences)
Certifications
Awards
White papers/ publications
Don’t bother include all years if not relevant to current market trends.
If you applying for cloud technologies don’t highlight too much on SAP OR ORACLE OR ERPs ..
My experience clients doesn’t care about your erp world experience they look what is relevant now ( AI, ML, Cloud)
