Im a RN and took on a new role working in Home Health. I chose this position because My husband & I recently moved to PA with our 2 kids (1&3), with no family available for his residency program with a hospital. If you know that life, I’m pretty much the main parent for our kids. I don’t want to work in the hospital/floor work anymore; nor do I believe the hrs are flexible enough. I need a job that’s flexible for the kids but pays >$44/hr. Maybe remote or hybrid? Please help w/ suggestions.

Cleared interview rounds of two companies and put down my paper and now none of them have given offer letter. One of HR is sayibg they will give it on my last working day Another one is not picking up my call. Now I do not have a job in hand. Hi y’all! Was curious: what % of base salary is a typical signing bonus like for Account Executives? Trying to discern my offer. I have six years in Sales within a banking context, but this is a role in SaaS working with small businesses.

Does anyone else just not even want to be a people manager anymore?! The amount of work this is taking, I’m just so over it. In addition to them piling on my work (which is a full time job) the people management stuff is just as much a full time job that no one in management seems to take into account. Feeling burnt out and unmotivated with agency life. Throughout the past year I’ve been added to a variety of “problem accounts” with challenging, disorganized and rude client contacts. Since then, it feels my teams have dwindled and I’ve been left to pick up the pieces / manage it all. I’m struggling to feel inspired and am starting to dread my work. Had a final round at BCG last Friday. After the interviews they said that the would release results today. Then I got an email today saying they will only give the results on the next Friday. What could have happened?? I also know some people how interviewed on the same day as mine and got a rejection email today.
