Are other companies' big data systems as bad as Amex's?


Amex is the only company I've been with so I want to know from others how it's like in other companies. Hive is so slow. Yellowbrick is fast but not all cornerstone data is there and is practically useless for my team's use case. MLS crashes so often. Ask Aida support is so sloppy and they just regurgitate the same information over and over again. Is this an Amex thing or is this just how big data works everywhere?

Amex rewards points are being forfeited because the corporate card balance is not paid in full within 1 month. Can you expense the $35 fee to reinstate the points?

I have 10 yoe in Mainframe. I have below 2 offer:
infosys - 22.29L.
JPMorgan Chase - 27L, still negotiation going on (also have h1b visa if that matters in negotiation).
I am planning to join in JP Morgan. This is going to be my first company switch (working at onshore since last few years) so wanted to know below things:
1). Is 27L is good enough for 10 yoe resource ? I have seen people joining 24-25L at 4 yoe.
2). How is asset and wealth management (AWM)..? JP Morgan

If I have the Chase Sapphire Preferred (CSP) for two years and want to upgrade to the Chase Sapphire Reserve (CSR) but also get the bonus, would my best bet be to open a Chase Freedom Unlimited, transfer my CSP points there, then open a CSR, get the bonus, and the. transfer my old points to my CSR? Would this actually work?

Given the stress of an H1B visa and the general lack of optionality for Indian immigrants given long GC wait….

On the verge of a nice SM offer from B4, but recruiter is telling me many people from my firm looking to leave are exiting to industry because SM & MD roles are super hectic. I don’t understand how MD comp is structured at Accenture as an example but recruiter keeps pointing to how it’s lucrative but massive effort. I’m 40 & not sure I want to go deeper in consulting. Should I just exit to industry?
