Are the job postings on workday really open to everyone or are they meant for only on-campus students?

Have been trying from a long time, getting referrals, still not even able to carry forward my application.

I failed in the last round of my on-campus placement interview, waited for the cool-off period (6 months), worked upon the feedbacks, took the referral and then appied by didn't get any result :(

Cleared L1 and L2 round.. After that HR send client interview round..then hr completely disappeared.. What is hiring process in persistent.. I was told earlier that only L1 and L2 and then offer..

I hold an offer of 18LPA from KPMG with joining date of 7th September. (Wfh)
I applied at Workday on 15th May and went through 7 technical rounds of interview and received a verbal offer letter of 21LPA (hybrid)
Now apparently their technical panel "forgot" about the interview and wants to have a discussion again as 8th technical interview. HR says their joining date will be 19th September.

Working for a senior who is beyond horrible. She talks to you like you’re stupid and makes it sound like you’re absolutely terrible at what you’re doing. She’s made 5 other associates cry during her 5 year career. Got someone fired and made another person quit.
