My current CTC is very low, 4.77lpa. Got 10% for September cycle.
1) when is the annual appraisal cycle, when we will get the hike letter? Approx hike %

Write every kind of brief, appeals, argue motions, take depos. Am the only associate working directly under partner on all cases. I applied to a job at KPMG and did the first two rounds of interviews, general interview, then case study and competency. Never before have I had such a positive feedback at the end of an interview of the 2nd, both said really like me, I did well etc.

I’m a financial advisor with jpmorgan and i verbally accepted a new job in private banking with another firm. This is my first time transferring licenses. Should i wait to give my two weeks notice until my new firms hr department clears me and gives me a start date or as soon as i sign the offer letter?

Just found out that end of the year I will be promoted from analyst directly to VP and since it’s such a large jump I’ll be the lowest paid VP in asset management at only $135k TC. Should I stay it out and wait for TC to align or take the promotion and jump ship bc I will likely get paid more elsewhere given how recruiters/other companies eat up hiring recently promoted ppl from other firms?

I have passed the CFA level 2 exam and was wondering if I have to complete the Canadian Securities Course (CSC) as most of the job postings here mention about it. I saw that if someone passes at least the CFA level 1 exam then the requirement of CSC is exempted. Can anyone enlighten me about this?
