After onboarding in Deloitte USI Hyderabad do we need to report immediately from next day to office as per hybrid model or we can continue wfh until assigned to project

Me and my girlfriend both live in the same city, working from home, living with our respective families.

Before covid and wfh, we were in gurgaon and we used to go to each other's places to have some "private time"

It looks like a distant luxury now.
Any ideas of what can be done? Anyone facing a similar issue who got any resolution?

When life returns to normal, would people prefer to WFH anywhere or return to their offices in NYC?

Have your nonprofits announced a return back to the office from WFH? My org is scheduled to return after labor day.

After working from home for the last 9 months, I do not want to ever go back into the office. I'd like to stay permanently remote. Advice for bringing this topic up with my manager? Or should I hold off on asking until we actually need to return (probably not until May or June at this rate). I feel like I am just as productive wfh and would like the ability to move away from my current city.

Just was notified that all work from home privileges are being removed. The reasoning? Because executive office wants to.

So, the CDC removed the Covid guidelines. I’ve never had Covid. I’m afraid people will come into work not wearing a mask and be inconsiderate… ughhh so distracting and disgusting. I’m also at risk to develop complications. Not sure if I should talk to HR. Not even sure if I should ask for accommodations to continue being able to wfh at least most days of the week to reduce risk. Idkkkk 😩This is so unprecedented. I always wear my mask at work. I’m getting pressured to attend firm events as well

It’s looking like my job is gonna start asking us to return to the office. We have an open office plan and before we wfh FT I would save all my work for my telework days bc I can’t get shit done in the office. I’m having major anxiety about them making this decision. I know I’m not alone that people don’t want to return to the office. My ADHD and the open office just makes working from the office a nightmare and I’m feeling really nervous and kind of resentful.

I have an offer with Citi, initially it was hybrid model and looks like they are moving back to wfo.. they told only now and I dont have any other offer in hand. due to personal constraints I need wfh or some flexibility types, but they seem a bit rigid as its not in their policy..
Is it good to join and then try pushing them for wfh.. or search for another offer..? 16 yoe, PM...
