Return to office but a hybrid model would be ideal
2 days at the office, the rest wfh
I can’t believe anyone would ever want to go back to nyc 🤷♂️
Hybrid. I would like to be able to work on a beach a few weeks a year. I do feel that there is a certain amount of things that are better performed in the office and necessary for team building and synergy.
Completely flexible - maybe couple of days in the office max
My ideal week has 2 days in the office. Or alternates weeks WFH and in office
I’m a junior so I miss seeing the other analysts and kicking it in the pit for the culture but definitely enjoy the flexibility at home. But I think it’s nice now bc it’s summer and the weather is nice to go outside when you’re not working but when winter comes and we’re all trapped inside i’d rather be working with a group of people.
Basically would prefer a flexible WFH option in the Summer but would rather be back in office in Winter
Less water cooler conversations has been nice as well
One day in office and the other days at home
Definitely feel more productive working from home
Hybrid model would be ideal
WFH. The plan is to be a ski bum in the winter and beach bum in the summer.
I would like to have the option of WFH when everything goes back to "normal." Maybe like 3 days in the office and 2 WFH. The idea of flexibility is what is key
WFH
WFH I find it attractive that I can work for any country anywhere and travel whenever I want in the evenings etc if I wanted to.
I feel that there is much less micro management remotely in a way. My boss cannot just walk up to me whenever and ask a million questions
I would love to go to office atleast 4 days a week. I have been wfh for last 7 yrs.... and believe me it really gets to you after a while....and it also affected my career growth...but it was a good decision for me at that time as I had little kids. But now I regret it. I am so ready to get back into action
Wfh or hit the client site
Think it’s really dependent on lifestyle now
I’ve been back in the office in nyc for the last 3 weeks everyday and it’s been nice. Not many people on the trains and no tourist (thank god)
For me WFH
Most likely a hybrid model. Few days in the office for executive meetings, team meetings, etc. And wfh for better productivity.
