Hubspot has a reliable guide on being a CM. I'm not a podcast person but I'm sure there are a lot of resources to be found in that area. I used to be active in the CM subreddit as well but there doesn't seem to be much activity there nowadays.

Is there a way of bypassing the H1B lottery? I was told by an external recruiter that if I joined their London team, after a year I could go through H1B process without the lottery. My preference is to remain with Deloitte and transfer - can Deloitte put me through without the lottery? Are there stipulations such as minimum tenure or degree types etc?
