Hi ,I have been interviewed and selected in S&P Global .salary almost negotiated and waiting for the offer letter to release. But seems like they are not willing to release the offer because of my 90 np . They are asking to join by 60 days but initially I told them my NP is 90. Even I am ready to take the 60 days offer but now they are not releasing offer as they want assurance.Now they are not picking calls.seems like i will loose the offer. Is there anything can be done.
I’ve had my eye on a “Delivery Transformation Change and Communications Consultant” position at Deloitte. Does anyone work here that could give some insight into this position/department or one like it? And is there anyone who has worked in marketing and shifted to communications/consulting…what are your thoughts on a career shift?
Hello fellow Fishes I have an offer from persistent. Need some clarity on same. I want to know the grade system in persistent. What does 7.1 mean? Is 7.1 a right fit for an total experience of 10+ years? What is the appropriate CTC for an architect designation? I want to know if I am getting it as per experience.

I have been in the industry for a long time on the other side I have sat in union negotiations with the upper management from all of the big production company the ones I’d have to say that have the best people I have worked with have come from Sony and CBS but let’s be honest at the end of the day it doesn’t matter what you do it’s who you do it with. And make sure you enjoy who you are doing it with.
Make the best of where you are. I’d love that opportunity.
A stressful environment doesn’t include bullying! I’m hesitant to agree with going to HR. They are NOT your friend and they are NOT there for you. If you have documented the issues with your supervisors and nothing has been done I would seek legal advice. If you haven’t shared the issues, you should start but you really need to have a documented trail.
