Are you guys seeing your teams shrink because of AI yet? My CMO just asked me to audit our workflow to see which roles could be replaced by AI by the end of the year. I’m being asked to sharpen the blade for my own execution, and the vibe in the office is becoming incredibly paranoid. I know AI is a tool, but when leadership sees it as a way to slash the headcount of the creative department, it’s hard to stay optimistic.
