As a product photographer, I’m met with challenges all the time, but one of my pet peeves is when product development creates a new product, enter the product into the system, sales goes out and sells the item and you NEVER get notified of these new product designs or color additions. Then, you receive an email from a retailer asking for images/copy info and you look like an idiot because you have no idea what they are talking about.

Why do recruiters never tell you which agency they want to talk to you about until they get you on the phone? Pros: 50k bump, company is full remote, no time tracking software, unlimited PTO, 10k in quarterly bonuses, vertical move in responsibility and title, will set me up for future roles in different companies with the title I am looking for (so strategic move)

Cons: Its a startup, the solution they offer is adjacent to my desired industry, its a very small team so I wouldn’t grow my network as much, tech stipend for new laptop (but they don’t provide a work one)
