What keeps them up at night (biggest challenges they’re facing from a business perspective) and if they have an appetite for risk. What are their life goals personal/professional (this presents your interpersonal skills). Also ask what are their preferred style of working with account counterparts (txts vs emails - facetime vs webex)

Try to find out (from the agency) if you’re replacing somebody and why they’re being replaced.

What are their company’s marketing objectives/goals for 2020? . What were they the last few years/ and did they achieve them?
