At Morningstar , I completed all tech rounds for the Software Engineer role (3 yoe) in early September. Afterward, there was no further communication from HR until mid-October when they apologized for the delay and requested my documents for offer discussion. Despite sending the necessary documents, I haven't received any response from HR even after sending a follow-up email two weeks later sending documents.
Guys Should I continue waiting or give up hope?

Does anyone have question suggestions for a final interview with skip level boss? Big picture, vision for the role + team, growth strategy type questions! Thanks :)

I have gotten a verbal offer from Facebook, but I just had my phone screen interview with the hiring manager at Amazon yesterday. I want to reach out to the recruiter at Amazon and let them know what the timeline looks like. I would much rather have the Amazon job over the Facebook one. But I’m afraid if I decline Facebook then Amazon won’t happen. I’m just completely lost.

I applied for few SA roles at AWS after getting the SAA certificate and some badges like the “WAF” and “Advanced Migration”. I also optimized my resume recently trying to match what AWS would look for, but I did not get any 1st call or screening interview!
I also applied to some of the roles using friend’s referral. I have more than 15 years in IT infrastructure mainly in Storage systems (EMC, Hitachi) What could be the problem? Thanks.

So far there has been an online assessment, round 1of interview with assistant manager, round 2 of interview with the Manager.

I’ve completed the first interview with the hiring manager and a colleague, and have been fortunate to get to the next stage but im unsure how to prepare. I’ve done the usual compentencies, strengths and weaknesses and company research. But I don’t want to fail at the last hurdle as I really like this company and it would be a dream to work there any support or guidance would be greatly appreciated.

I have led not for profits for 25 years, I have often went in when they were in trouble. Well meaning and passionate people start them or lead them but they do not have the business skills to assure that proper practice and standards are met. Present Package - 19.5L (fixed)
Variable - 10-15% (Would be pro rated to 8months)
Joining bonus - 1L
Not sure about variable payout but will have to let go off the joining bonus and hike for sure.
