Did you/would you get booster during pregnancy?
I’m 26 weeks pregnant and trying to figure out my leave. I live in NJ and work at PwC, any fishes know the policy for NJ and PwC? The leave center has not been much help and I want to plan NOW not like 60 days before. I was told NJ gets two weeks before due date and PwC gives you two weeks as well.

When they start rolling over and/or breaking their arms free. The we went to sleep sacs (Halo for us but there’s lots of options) to keep them warm without risking a blanket over their face in the middle of the night.
Month 2 because I learned it blocks their reflexes from developing. Did one arm at a time and just stopped.
my baby is 2.5 months old but I am still swaddling as he sleeps well only with that. he isnt rolling yet

How did you control for the startle reflex? Mine wakes himself up if he isn’t swaddled
Exactly, one arm and then the other, worst week of your life, but you’re gonna have to do it anyway later so I might as well get it over with now and let their reflexes integrate appropriately
My son decided when we stopped lol, after a while he was un-swaddleable, he’d get one or both arms out no matter what!
Same for me but it was around the 2.5-3 days mark. He never took to it!
About 5mo, mine started rolling from back to tummy and we just stopped cold turkey

No personal experience yet but a friend recommended the Magic Merlin suit for the transition

Around 3ish months. It was a wonky transition because baby still had the startle reflex but then learned to self soothe. We use a sleep sack now from Burt’s bees
