At what point did anyone realize that she was overlooked due to their sex? I have been a supervisor for over 3/4 (27 years) of my career. The CEO named an acting Deputy CEO that is a male and has only 3 years of supervision. CEO points out things that I have done despite the acting Deputy CEO has done the same In emails. Recently the acting DCEO named a IT guy as his delegate while he is out. I called him out on it and he deflected why I wasn’t named. Am I over thinking this?

I'm a cashier. We just got a new manager, and she's making things really hard for us.
