Hi,
My last working day was 11th Nov and I submitted my asset to TCS location and got the Initial release letter as well. Later on 17th or 18th of Nov, I got a message from TCS that they have sent the Packing material through Vendor, please accept it.
I didn't accept the material and cancelled it when the delivery boy came to my location.
So, is it going to create any problem in getting reliving letter? Share your thought please

When I had a kid
The pay is fine... The titles aren't where I feel like I should be at this point, but I also don't know that I can keep waiting for the right role, and I'm kind of at a point right now where I've given up anything other than just having a steady career at this point.
I'm feeling like I need to just find a role that I can excel at while I find a way to pivot in my career into a completely new direction. I'm feeling super lost and if I'm being honest it's a blow to my (already fragile) ego. Would love thoughts and guidance from anybody who's been in a similar position. Thanks!
I encountered this as I hit 40, and wrestled with this quite a bit in the subsequent 7+ years…
Perhaps as a first step, consider what the meaning is in the role/title/position you are hoping to have been in by now? What would that mean to you to achieve? And, what would that mean ABOUT you (and is *that* a story you’re telling yourself).
Once you have an idea of what the “title/promition” means to you, consider how might you find that meaning otherwise? Is it achievable in your current role if you shift focus or is it worth exploring something else?
I hope that’s somewhat helpful, though I know it’s not an easy process. I can’t say I have figured it out 100% yet but I’m feeling better about my trajectory these days.
Good luck and please feel free to DM if you wanted to bounce around more thoughts on it.
About 38 when I decided to go to school for a trade license and now I have a satisfying side job… I like both jobs and don’t want the life of a director or VP because I don’t like working constantly! (Side job doesn’t feel like work!) I’m 41 now and even though I’m only a senior level and not making 6 figures at the full time job, I’m very happy with life, I make 6 figures with the jobs combined, and I have time outside of all work to grow my family.
