Which one to choose between Optum and Tiger Analytics for Data Scientist position? Where can I expect better data science domain expertise (In my previous companies I found very less understanding of Data Science practices as team)? Heared good things about both of these. Also hearing Tiger is expanding rapidly and getting some crap projects as well in the name of data science. Could someone put light on these things?
YOE: 4.5 Years
Tiger: 18L Fixed + 1L JB
Optum: 21L Fixed + 1.5L JB

I’m not pregnant and am done
Who said it was a contest? I was sharing my experience, just like you shared yours.
How about week 11? Not sure I can do another 29 weeks of this
Second trimester is where it’s at!
Are you me?!? I wanted to post this question today 😂 I’m at 36 weeks and feel tired and grumpy about work.
I would say by week 36 I was over it. 🙃
About 34-35 weeks
I’m 31.5 weeks preg and I have started feeling this way as well. Doesn’t help that my home office is our guest bedroom...so there is a bed in the same room I’m working which makes it way too tempting.
36 weeks for sure. I WFH the last month of both of my pregnancies (pre-COVID, 2016 and 2019) because I had a lot of Braxton-Hicks contractions and was so uncomfortable. Working from the couch was great and I probably averaged 4-6 hours of productivity a day. I went early with both my kids too - 39 weeks with my first, 37 weeks with my second. Hope you go soon! Hang in there!! ❤️
37 weeks for sure! It didn’t help that I had a manager that put me on a sprint where I was at the office till 2 am 2 weeks in a row to make a client meeting (god just typing that sounds stupid). It was so physically draining and when I insisted I start wfh at 39 weeks she made me jump through hoops with HR and getting doctors notes.
Get your rest ladies! Once you have your baby, the sleepless nights add up and you want to walk into motherhood as well rested as possible!
