Attended interview with infy on Saturday. Still didn't get any update and it portal it's showing as decision pending. How long it will take?

I have a an interview scheduled for the role of  Full Stack Node JS, can anyone help me understand what all I should be prepared with to tackle this interview smoothly.

Is DSA a big part of this interview?
Will there be a coding round or just a technical analysis of my capabilities?

Quick question.
I was a contractor for a big company and they just let me know that my last day is December 30th. I got this position thanks to a recruiting company that has been great and gives me benefits.
Should I:
- Continue working with the recruiting company, hoping that they will find another position for me? (as they told me they will, and when they applied me I started working with my current company within 2 weeks)
- Work with the recruiter + apply for jobs on my own?

I landed a second interview with the VP of marketing for a marketing coordinator role. They asked for a writing sample. Nothing formal. Even an email explaining something complex in an understanding way is fine. Does anyone have any topics or advice? I appreciate it!!

I am done with all round of TCS even started with a negotiation round too. First call HR said we can give you 16lpa including variables. I have tried to go for a fixed 16lpa. And now she says Management only afford 12lpa. Even at the same time she says you deserve 14-15lpa fixed as per market, the mangt can only afford 12lpa. Back to back call from HR. Doc verification started what it means? They have a good budget as far as I know from consultancy.

Ex:6 BA current CTC 8.5.
Please suggest.

ZS fish, Is there a Senior Consultant level at the firm? I am currently a M3 in Lighthouse at 174k base (7.5YoE) doing data science.
If SC doesn't exist, is Manager a good level to target, or is Consultant more like it? Looking for 200k base at a minimum.
Expect my current year TC to be around 200-210k.
