Recently received an offer from TSG was wondering if anyone would have any insight if it was a good offer or if I should try to counter

What was the offer?

Not to long I interviewed with 4 people on one day all via zoom

Similar situation - I have 5 YOE and received an offer about 2 weeks ago for 107.5 base + 35 guaranteed bonus and felt low. I countered and they didn’t budge an inch. I would say it doesn’t hurt to counter but obv based on my experience, probably won’t get anywhere

Hello Fishes,
I have one offer from Pune based company and yesterday I got another offer from Mumbai but before interview i told them that my expectations are 13.5 but yesterday in HR Round HR said our company has budget of only 10L and we can't give you 13.5. So my question is it good to accept the offer or should I ask HR why did you schedule my interview even after knowing my expectations..
Please suggest me what to do??

The most annoying part of an interview process “create a presentation on our product you know nothing about and present it to 3 people who know every last detail about the product”. It’s not a shortage of people applying, it’s the unnecessarily long interview processes. When many companies are now adapting this, no one has time to put together multiple presentations after normal working hours. Hiring has gotten so complicated for no reason.

I am currently on a 100% remote project and am on calls about 5-6 hours a day. I use my Apple AirPods so I can roam freely about the house while on calls. I’ve noticed over the last few weeks that I’ve developed a small blister like bump on each ear … hurts like hell with the AirPods. Anyone have any great tips aside from using over the ear headphones?

I have switched to a new company recently. Though they have offered me good package I had to work daily for about 12hrs to get in touch with onshore functional team. This is happening daily.

Is it ok to switch again within 3 mnths to a new company?
If yes how much of hike I can expect.

Worked in Dassault Systemes in 2020 Nov-2021 aug. With an exp of 6yrs. As it's a "product based" company, my family was happy..my father smile just made my day back then.

But things started to change. Again and again I raised my voice but it was taken down.

There's nothing like a product based org. No WLB, No WFH, the work load was very high and No Mental satisfaction.

I still have few of my friends working in DS saying the attrition is 37%

So, people who are thinking to join DS think twice

Question for TSG folks - I'm considering applying to TSG. Do I have to use a recruiter (external or internal) or can I apply on my own? I think I can have more bargaining power if I apply on my own without having the recruiter in the middle since TSG would have to pay them too, right?

Really kind of shocking that management would bring in three pretty conservative speakers. I mean, we know where Rob and they stand, but I thought MYJourney was about building us up as leaders and finding what makes us happy and succeed, not just throwing politics right in our face. Just kind of makes me think the whole MYJourney program is a joke now.

When I interviewed they told me I was not required to recruit but now I’m required to upload 50 “My Relationships” every certain amount of months where other recruiters can technically go after my contacts and recruit them and also am expected to invite potential networking to events and through the beaker model. Is this required? I feel forced and I’ve only been here for less than a month and I’m not loving this approach.

I’ve heard The Siegfried Group pays a lot better than the Big 4 but the numbers don’t seem to be making sense to me. A recruiter mentioned to me 105-115k USD, but when I look at PwC US’s salary for a Tier 2 city, it’s 163k USD? Even Tier 3 is higher than the quote. I am from Canada so still trying to understand the US job market. 4 YOE, currently Manager in Canada in PwC Deals
