I have heard it all. “I want to see a doctor AND I want the freedom to get corona”. Holy crap, the US has gone from putting a man on the moon to “give me ignorance or give me death”
I have one offer from Pune based company and yesterday I got another offer from Mumbai but before interview i told them that my expectations are 13.5 but yesterday in HR Round HR said our company has budget of only 10L and we can't give you 13.5. So my question is it good to accept the offer or should I ask HR why did you schedule my interview even after knowing my expectations..
Please suggest me what to do??
The most annoying part of an interview process “create a presentation on our product you know nothing about and present it to 3 people who know every last detail about the product”. It’s not a shortage of people applying, it’s the unnecessarily long interview processes. When many companies are now adapting this, no one has time to put together multiple presentations after normal working hours. Hiring has gotten so complicated for no reason.
I am currently on a 100% remote project and am on calls about 5-6 hours a day. I use my Apple AirPods so I can roam freely about the house while on calls. I’ve noticed over the last few weeks that I’ve developed a small blister like bump on each ear … hurts like hell with the AirPods. Anyone have any great tips aside from using over the ear headphones?
I have switched to a new company recently. Though they have offered me good package I had to work daily for about 12hrs to get in touch with onshore functional team. This is happening daily.
Is it ok to switch again within 3 mnths to a new company?
If yes how much of hike I can expect.
Exp: 4.5 yrs
NDA? More like FrieNDA. How often have you told your friends about upcoming company projects?
Worked in Dassault Systemes in 2020 Nov-2021 aug. With an exp of 6yrs. As it's a "product based" company, my family was happy..my father smile just made my day back then.
But things started to change. Again and again I raised my voice but it was taken down.
There's nothing like a product based org. No WLB, No WFH, the work load was very high and No Mental satisfaction.
I still have few of my friends working in DS saying the attrition is 37%
So, people who are thinking to join DS think twice
Which antidepressants other than Wellbutrin have zero negative impact on sexual performance? All SSRIs seem to suck in this area.

Is 52k low for a Commercial Underwriter?
McKinsey & Company Starting at McKinsey & Company soon in NYC and was wondering if any folks were familiar with the office setup at 3WTC? Hoping to bike to work somedays(folding bike, pretty compact) and wondering if there’s bike storage in the building + a place one could shower and change out of workout clothes for the day? Any info would be helpful!

Just stopped by the shop to pick up my reg that was in for maintenance and they were assembling a Horizon rebreather.
Anyone try one? Thoughts?
What is a fair salary/hourly for a kitchen manager in Tampa FL? Small kitchen with 3 to 4 kitchen assistants. Kitchen is open 50 hours a week. Manager has full creative license and has no one above them in the chain of command outside of owners.

Thinking of making the switch to Siegfried but the comments I see on here and Reddit are not great. Can anyone share some insight? Is it a good move to make the switch from big 4 audit senior associate? Biggest concern is upward career progression and potential exit opportunities.
Question for TSG folks - I'm considering applying to TSG. Do I have to use a recruiter (external or internal) or can I apply on my own? I think I can have more bargaining power if I apply on my own without having the recruiter in the middle since TSG would have to pay them too, right?
Really kind of shocking that management would bring in three pretty conservative speakers. I mean, we know where Rob and they stand, but I thought MYJourney was about building us up as leaders and finding what makes us happy and succeed, not just throwing politics right in our face. Just kind of makes me think the whole MYJourney program is a joke now.
What's the starting base salary like for Senior Associates at TSG? Anyone willing to share numbers would be much appreciated.
When I interviewed they told me I was not required to recruit but now I’m required to upload 50 “My Relationships” every certain amount of months where other recruiters can technically go after my contacts and recruit them and also am expected to invite potential networking to events and through the beaker model. Is this required? I feel forced and I’ve only been here for less than a month and I’m not loving this approach.
Received a senior associate offer for 80k base salary, but guaranty bonus of 24k for first two years. I have 2 years big4 audit experience. Worried that there’s too much weight in bonus versus the base (as that base of 80 is what my big4 salary is). Any advice on counter offer? It’s for Philadelphia.
Thinking about joining TSG coming from an audit supervisor at mid tier. What’s work exactly do you do for your clients? Any finance work? I’m trying to figure out what exactly I will be doing if I join

Can someone give me the full break down of the PR hierarchy & BD hierarchy? I’m considering applying for the DX role but I’m just confused on what the next steps looks like.
Anyone else frustrated by the call today? It’s peak month end close time and I felt like it was a bad time for them to schedule a two hour call where the first hour nothing was accomplished.
I’ve heard The Siegfried Group pays a lot better than the Big 4 but the numbers don’t seem to be making sense to me. A recruiter mentioned to me 105-115k USD, but when I look at PwC US’s salary for a Tier 2 city, it’s 163k USD? Even Tier 3 is higher than the quote. I am from Canada so still trying to understand the US job market. 4 YOE, currently Manager in Canada in PwC Deals
