What is the average salary for an experienced senior in FDD? I’m a manager in audit with 6.5 yoe. I understand that transferring in at a manager level may be difficult so I’m curious as to what seniors are making. Would be looking in Florida.

At an entry level, do you believe finding a mentor is the best way to advance in advertising? I’ve been out of school for 2 years now and have applied to quite a few entry/mid-level positions at local agencies and have had no luck. I currently work at an acct. firm and would like to move on to an account or strategy position. I believe mentors should stem from a personal relationship, however I can’t say that I have anyone personally who can mentor me in this space. Any advice?

A recruiter for an agency reach out to me and the hiring manager wants to interview me for immediate permanent role. The pay is excellent, total remote, Senior role everything is a match.
