This company blatantly protected h0mophobia, transph0bia, religious discrimination, s3xist, and ableist behavior at the hands of its Med Surg DON.

When I went to HR about my concerns about my DON being discriminatory the first time, they protected him.

When I went to HR about my concerns the second time, with a labor union rep, I was denied access to HR completely.

They will force you out if you try to protect yourself in any way.

Is the hiring back on for FAANG? For early careers 1.5 YOE.

I initially asked for 135k at my startup. They offered 115k and we ended at 125k. Within two weeks my manager left and everything shifted to me. I received praise for the work I did and to this day I still own all those responsibilities and some. We hired a backfill who has now decided to leave for cultural reasons, similar to my manager.
