Hello All,
I have recently joined FIS Global around end of April. My mother recently met with an accident and she needs to be operated.
I haven't been able to update the anything regarding the insurance part yet on FIS portal.
Will my mother's treatment be covered under the insurance? If yes, what's the procedure for the same? What are the documents that I need to submit in order to claim the amount?
Can anyone please guide?

Don't bother trying to negotiate -- salaries are standardized across the entire company within each level (U.S. offices); bonuses are standardized as well (but your bonus is based on performance rating).
Ah got it, thanks C1. Could you give me a range for the base and bonus at the C, M, and Case Team leader levels? I want to check the number I'm getting as well as understand salary progression. Glassdoor numbers are all over the place
I think C levels on managementconsultant are probably good ballpark range. Add 5%-7% base raise for C2 and likely for CTL year. Not sure about Manager, but expect a bump.
There's a lot of noise due to "market adjustments" (salaries for each level are increased/adjusted every year to match market conditions) -- which is what drives Glassdoor issues. Not able to provide ranges for each level, but income progression is incredible here, and I would trust the offer you're getting -- we openly talk about compensation internally as it's standardized, so there's no way they would risk offering a candidate something different.
What was the interview process like? My assumption is that most managers are groomed from Consultant level and hiring from outside is limited. Do you have a niche skill or certain expertise?
I'll second C1. Salary, bonus and profit sharing (NA specific) are standardized at each level. Bonus depends on ratings - (e.g., above average is 115% of target vs. average is 100%). Profit sharing is based on NA utilization and takes a % of your bonus. In a bad year (think 08/09), that could mean 0. In an amazing year, it could mean doubling your bonus. Most of the comp progression will be around bonus and profit sharing. Manager is probably clearing ~280-300, all the way to an experienced principal who will clear 400-450+. Bainies, feel free to correct my math.
