The Whitney building is nice, right downtown. Waters Edge is a new building between downtown and Belle Isle on the River walk. I live in the River Place complex, it's nice but I don't think they offer studios. Snagged a 2 bedroom for myself for the price of a 1 bedroom.

Right now I pay $1200 for a 2 bed / 2 bath townhouse with washer and dryer in unit. Half the price of what I paid in DC so I'm really happy with it!
