Bangalore AC. Senior Associate 2. What's the salary band?

Some Business Intelligence/Analyst roles are very data heavy. I wonder why these roles do not have the term “data” in them, and wonder if it’s to keep the salary lower than it should be. I have colleagues doing intense data science tasks as BI Analysts, and can’t help but feel indignant on their behalf because when hearing their job title, one would underestimate their technical ability.

I just had the largest bonus in my life so far and I could actually afford to buy pretty much any Rolex SS or two tone model right this second and still have money left over but alas I was born like 10 years too late 😩😔

Recently my company has added a new component in salary which has increased overall CTC of every employee.

We've not received any revised salary breakup only an official email stating everyone's CTC is increased. Started receiving salary based on the updated CTC.

When trying to make a switch, new firm is asking for revised salary breakup but I've shared the email screenshot along with my salary slips showing my increased salary. But HR said she needs updated salary breakup.
