BAs 8.7 YOE now, Joined wipro 4 months back with 26.5+1lac JB. Skills business analytics. My current project does not follow agile processes at all, very relaxed client. However what im worried is after 2 years would interviewers expect me to have handled a project all alone and acted as a product owner. Thats what i sense once i have 10 YOE, if i switch it would be 6th company, (2 years break due to MBA ofcourse)

Working on some law firm applications tonight and it sucks that I know that I am so capable and have a strong work ethic but firms can’t see beyond grades or the fact that I didn’t go to a t14 law school or prestigious undergrad.
