Anyone have insight into salary for associate counsel role at Google?

Currently an associate at a V30 and negotiating a partnership position at another V30. What is the correct way to maximize the pay in the negotiation as a lateral partner? Do you always wash your hands after petting your dogs? I got a new puppy and am constantly washing hands and trying to be as sanitary as possible. I'm simply to grossed out if I don't especially since I found out my puppy has worms.
