Hi everyone, I'm comparing two offers from Accenture and Cognizant. Could you help me figure out some of these questions: 1. At 5 YOE, what kind of package can I expect? Current offers: Accenture (12LPA fixed, 2.5L variable), Cognizant (14.3LPA fixed, 45K variable) 2. Nature of work - What kind of work can I expect from these companies? 3. would I get the opp to use any authoring Tools? 4. Work life balance - which is better? 5. Increments - avg % hike? 6. Culture - which is better?

It is possible, if you are able to articulate your work under a customer success lenses. I would love to understand more about you current role. For example what type of clients do you service (enterprise / mid market?), what is your valued book of business? Do you work with the same clients where you have an opportunity to build relationships? Or have you been able to upsell products or additional services ? I’m you customer interactions do you educate the client on the product? Also, are you measured against KPI , if so what type of metrics do you follow? Just a few thing to consider.
I would highly recommend reading “the challenger sale” and “ customer success “ by Nick Mehta to learn more about the customer success framework and how you can tailor your experience to reflect your transferable skills. Feel free to ask me any other questions. Good luck !!
