More seniority, and maybe a little extra cash. End of the day I know a traveling forever isn't the life I want . Love what I do and the people I work with tho.
With you current move you'll be making less money. If non-travel job is a priority, you can consider local consulting firms.
Yes. Too soon. You will get bored of the stagnant life and would want to move back to consulting after 3-4 years. By that time it'd be too late. Self experience.

I'd advise to wait another 5 years or so. It will be time to get off the road when you are ready to start a family. That's when you jump ship.

@ ey2 I was able to get into the boutique at 21, right out of undergrad after interning with them for a year. Then went to do my masters, sponsored by the boutique while I worked for them.
