Been using my SPG Amex cc for 5-6 months now, just found out that AmEx never transfered my spending points to SPG ac, can I ask for more points for compensation for the inconvenience this caused me?

Beginner here. I'm trying to use my points to buy a flight to Puerto Rico. If Delta costs me 55k points on my Amex (valued at $600 per Points Guy), versus United which costs me 60k points (valued at $700), shouldn't I still just go with the Delta cause I'm spending less points?

Specifically said yellow. Hotel calls me a private lux SUV and the driver got out of the car to handshake the man who called and said hi (honestly money couldve been passed). I then get hit with a $180 ride. Marriott website says taxi should be $65. Should I complain or let it go?
